Every engagement begins with what an organization already does well: its relationships, its history in the neighborhood, and the people who carry its mission forward.
From there, we partner with staff, volunteers and board leaders to build the systems that helps that work grow, through capacity building, board development, and stronger fundraising frameworks, all designed with the communities served at the center.
It is a privilege to stand alongside these partners, in service to organizations that build community.
Read with Me MN
Launched in February 2025, Read With Me Minnesota is a volunteer-led organization putting books that reflect Minnesota’s children into young readers’ hands. Through a Little Free Library and author events in North Minneapolis, the team shared roughly 200 books and hosted more than 15 author events in its first months. Aspasia Collaborative is partnering with Read With Me Minnesota as it moves from a strong start to a lasting organization. Our work together has included an organizational health review, compliance planning, and preparation for a strategic planning session tailored to each of its committees: Marketing, Finance, Programs, Executive, and Governance. The goal is a plan the volunteers who power the organization can own and carry forward.
