Answers are held in your browser session but are not saved to a server. If you close the tab or refresh the page, your answers will be lost. We recommend completing the assessment in one sitting. If you need to pause, leave the tab open rather than closing it.

Answer as honestly as you can based on what you know. If you are genuinely uncertain — for example, if you are not sure whether your organization is registered for charitable solicitation in all required states — select the response that reflects your level of awareness, not what you hope is true. Uncertainty itself is important information.

Select the response that most accurately reflects your current status. For questions about employees, for example, if you have no employees yet, select the option that reflects that. The tool accounts for organizations at different stages, from start up, to turnaround and those positioned for expansion.
